I'm really busy — will I have time for this?+
The whole point is that we build around your actual schedule, not some ideal version of it. Most dads I work with have less than 45 minutes a day. That's enough. What you don't have time for is to keep going as you are.
How is this different from a normal PT?+
A PT sees you for an hour once or twice a week. I'm in your corner every single day. The daily check-ins, food photo feedback, and direct messaging is what actually builds the habits — not a 60-minute session.
I've tried plans before and failed. Why will this work?+
Because most plans fail for the same reason — no accountability and no structure built around real life. We fix both. The first call is about understanding exactly why things haven't stuck before so we don't repeat the same mistakes.
Do I need a gym membership?+
No. We work with whatever you have — gym, home setup, or both. The training structure adapts to your situation, not the other way around.
